We want your find to reach you quickly and in one piece — here's how it works.

Processing time Orders are dispatched within [1–2 business days] of being placed.

Delivery time Once dispatched, delivery typically takes [6–9 business days] within the UK.

Shipping cost Free UK Delivery

Tracking You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.

Where we deliver Currently shipping to UK addresses only. 

Returns & Refunds

Your right to change your mind Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason — no need to explain why. Once you've told us you'd like to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

To start a return:

  1. Email us at [hello@littletroveco.co.uk] with your order number and which item you're returning.
  2. We'll confirm the return address and any next steps.
  3. Pop it back in its original packaging where possible, in the condition you received it.

Refunds Once we've received your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days, back to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items If something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, that's on us — contact us at [hello@littletroveco.co.uk] with a photo and we'll sort a replacement or full refund, including return postage.

A few things to know

  • Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible, except where you've needed to inspect them (the same way you would in a shop).
